Terms of Service & Credit Purchases
Please read these terms carefully before utilizing AI Unblur Image (aiunblurimage.com) or purchasing digital credit packs.
You own all intellectual property rights to the restored and enhanced images generated using your paid credits. You may freely use them for personal, commercial, or client projects.
Digital credit packs are non-subscription, pay-as-you-go purchases. Any credits added to your account balance remain valid indefinitely until redeemed.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the AI Unblur Image web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Digital Credits & Billing
AI Unblur Image operates on a credit-based model:
- Each standard high-definition unblur or 4K face enhancement consumes exactly 1 credit.
- Credits are deducted only upon successful completion and delivery of an enhanced image. If the AI model fails or encounters a server error, no credit is deducted.
- Transactions are processed securely via PayPal. All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD).
3. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate computational GPU costs associated with neural network inference, credits that have already been expended on successful image generations are non-refundable. However, if you purchase a credit pack and experience technical faults preventing you from utilizing your credits, or if you request a refund for completely unused credit packages within 14 days of purchase, please reach out to billing@aiunblurimage.com with your transaction order ID.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to upload images containing non-consensual explicit content, unlawful depictions, hate speech, or material that infringes upon third-party trademarks or copyrights. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user found violating safety guidelines.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
While our AI restoration models achieve industry-leading facial reconstruction and deblurring quality, results depend significantly on the input image quality, resolution, and extent of degradation. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
